New Business

We provide high level advice on opportunity harvesting through to the granular support required to secure new business through tender, business and contract acquisition and segment growth. For example, our client Ability Options wished to enter the employment services market, We provided end to end assistance with opportunity analysis, partnership work development including the recruitment of CareerOne as a technology service provider, tender management and ‘go live’ service delivery preparation for the work secured.


Assistance with the strategic planning cycle including stakeholder interviews, environmental scanning, review of plans and coaching the teams and executives responsible for the plan’s execution. For example, Victorian drug and alcohol service EDAS needed to respond to changes in court based orders on community members and used a strategy approach to provide more focussed solutions.


Nic is an executive coach registered with the International Coach Federation and has over 800 hours coaching experience with more than 30 business owners, CEOs, middle managers and entrepreneurs. Nic and his team are adept at undertaking needs analysis for senior contributors, understanding their goals and results and have a focus on delivering long term value for a sponsor’s return on investment.


Conducting formal and informal reviews, research and surveys of current approaches, methods and results with insights designed to offer transformation opportunities. For example, when a large church based charity was required to respond to findings in the Royal Commission on Child Sexual Assault, we provided advice and recommendations on policy and practice changes so that children in care would receive appropriate supervision and support.
